1. Introduction
These Partnership Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between EFG-HUB Technologies (“EFG-HUB”, “Company”) and any individual, corporate entity, institution, or organization (“Partner”) seeking to establish a formal partnership with EFG-HUB Technologies.
By entering into a Partnership Agreement or engaging with EFG-HUB as a Partner, the Partner acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.

4. Eligibility Criteria
- Legally registered and compliant
- Demonstrated professional credibility
- Alignment with EFG-HUB vision, values, and compliance standards
- Possess relevant expertise, resources, or strategic value
5. Roles & Responsibilities
Partner Responsibilities:
- Act in good faith
- Maintain confidentiality
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Represent EFG-HUB professionally
EFG-HUB Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic alignment and collaboration opportunities
- Ensure transparent communication and governance
- Protect the integrity of the EFG-HUB brand
6. Commercial & Financial Terms
- Financial arrangements are subject to separate written agreements
- No automatic financial obligations exist
- All transactions must comply with international AML, KYC, and compliance regulations
7. Intellectual Property
- EFG-HUB intellectual property remains exclusive
- Partners require written authorization for usage
- Jointly developed IP requires separate agreements
8. Confidentiality
- Strict protection of non-public information is required
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
9. Compliance & Ethics
- Adherence to UAE laws, international regulations, anti-bribery, and data protection
- Compliance with EFG-HUB’s Non-Racism, Equality, and Human Dignity Policy
10. Termination
- EFG-HUB may terminate for breach, reputational, legal, or compliance risks
- Written notice required as per agreement unless immediate termination is necessary
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Terms governed by UAE laws
- Disputes subject to UAE competent courts
12. Final Provisions
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
EFG-HUB retains full discretion in approving or rejecting partnership requests
